Welcome and Welcome Back!
-
Dear Coyote Students and Parents,
Welcome back, and welcome to the more than 550 freshmen and other new students joining our family as we begin Centennial's 34th school year together! We're still a month away from our Wednesday, August 9th first day, but the CeHS campus is busy with teachers preparing classrooms, students practicing sports and band, and more than 240 freshmen learning about Coyote Pride via our Summer Bridges program. We hope you're excited to come together soon and continue our Culture of Achievement!
This year, we are offering a fully online summer registration experience, so please utilize this website to find the information you'll need to start the year right. There are two main tasks for registration: First, we ask that you please review and confirm your student's and family's contact information in ParentVue. Finally, we ask that you please pay the Governing Board-approved fees for any elective courses or other options you or your student select:
Two Tasks
-
1. Update Student Information in ParentVUE
Prior to the start of the new school year, please log into your ParentVUE account, select the "Online Registration" button above your child's name, and click the "Open Online Registration" option, followed by the "Begin New Registration" link.- Please review and update your student's address, contact information and emergency contacts.
- You can also select "Edit" next to each child to edit their specific information, exclude them from the verification, or use the green "+" to add a child.
Please "Save" the changes for each field. Be sure to select the "Submit" button at the end of the online form so that our school can confirm your completion of this annual requirement. If you make an address change, it will be necessary to also please upload updated proofs of residency. Thank you for keeping your information current so that we can communicate with you!
2. Pay Elective Course Fees and Other Optional Fees
Parents and Guardians, please check for an email from "noreply@intouchreceipting.com." The email's subject line should read "2023-2024 Elective Course and Optional Fees."- You can read a generic version of the email by clicking here.
- At the bottom of the email will be a list of any elective course fees for the 2023-24 school year, as well as any outstanding debts from previous school years.
Please make arrangements to pay these fees by Friday, August 4th. There are two easy payment options: You can click here to pay online with a credit or debit card, or you can drop off a check or money order in the front office. We're open weekdays, 7am to 3pm, between July 17th and August 4th. If you choose to pay by check, please write your student's eight-digit ID number on the check and sign on the signature line. On Friday, July 14th, junior and senior families will receive a separate email regarding the process for parking permits and fees.
