OPEN ENROLLMENT STATUS FOR THE CURRENT 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR
(Open Enrollment refers to students who live outside of the school's attendance boundaries)

Liberty is over our open enrollment capacity for the current school year, and we are only accepting open enrollment of students who meet one of the following criteria:

• Pupils returning to school from the prior year.
• Siblings of pupils already enrolled.
• Pupils who are children of persons who are employed by the school or the district.
• Pupils who are in foster care or qualify under McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Act.

OPEN ENROLLMENT STATUS FOR THE UPCOMING 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR

Liberty is accepting Open Enrollment applications for the 2025-26 school year based on capacity per grade level. Enrollment numbers will be reviewed every 30 days and will be selected by a lottery system. Parents/guardians will be notified by the last day of each month if their student was accepted or will be placed on a wait list. Students who are not selected will remain eligible for the following month's lottery.

Peoria Unified provides a systematic approach to the open enrollment process, ensuring that the conditions are focused on student success by maintaining class sizes that are conducive to the best learning opportunities.
