Open Enrollment applications are now available and Centennial will start the application process for 2025-2026 school year!

If you do not live within our boundaries and you intend to enroll your student at Centennial for the 2025-2026 school year, please visit this page to review Peoria Unified's Open Enrollment Policy to find the 2025-2026 application.

A parent or guardian must complete and sign the form and submit it to Centennial with their student’s current grades (8^th graders) or unofficial transcripts (9^th – 11^th graders). If your student has an IEP or 504, please submit that documentation as well.  Additional documents may be requested.

Documents can be dropped off in the Centennial front office.  There is no online registration at this time.

The district priority deadline is December 1^st . Centennial will notify applicants who applied by this deadline of their acceptance status by December 20th.
