Ironwood High School is pleased to partner with Teen Lifeline to provide the Ironwood community a parent information session about Stress and Coping Skills for teens. This event will provide information and strategies to support parents as they navigate adolescent development and social-emotional needs.
This workshop discusses how adolescents experience stress. We cover stressors, symptoms of stress, and how to support teens who are experiencing stress. Healthy and unhealthy coping skills will be discussed as well as strategies for building resiliency in teens.
This virtual event will be held October 25th from 7-8 PM. Please register for the online event at the zoom link below. Registration is required, and this event is for parents and guardians only.
