Information about retrieving or dropping off items at Liberty

Good afternoon Liberty Families,

We will be providing a final opportunity for students to retrieve personal items from school next week on Wednesday, May 6th & Thursday, May 7th.  Students will also be able to return school items they have at home if they no longer are needed (calculators, library books, etc.).  We will have ONE final opportunity for students to DROP OFF school items on May 21st from 8:00am-12:00pm.

The schedule is as follows:

 

Wednesday & Thursday

  • Last name A-D           8:00am-9:00am
  • Last name E-K           9:00am-10:00am
  • Last name L-R          10:00am-11:00am
  • Last name S-Z         11:00am-12:00pm

 

Pickup—Locker Room Items:        

If a student needs access to the LOCKER ROOM they will enter the campus through the WEST Student Parking Lot and drive up to the back of the locker room using the fire lane. Students may not enter the locker room from inside building 3. Students will be provided with a pair of gloves escorted into the locker room by security to gather their belongings. Once the student returns to their car they proceed along the fire lane and exit the campus through the EAST Staff Solar Parking Lot.

Pickup—Classroom & Courtyard Locker Items:     

If a student needs to retrieve an item from somewhere else on CAMPUS, which includes classrooms and courtyard lockers, they will park in the WEST Student Parking Lot and enter the campus through the Lion Gate They will be escorted by security to where they need to go.

Drop Off Items

If a student needs to return a school item, they enter the WEST Student Parking Lot and proceed past the crosswalk at the Lion Gate to the blue curb.  They will be greeted by security to do a curbside drop off.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN A ZIPLOC BAG LABELED WITH THE STUDENT’S NAME ON IT.

School Access Map

Any personal items left in lockers (locker room or courtyard) will be removed after Thursday.  Locker room items will be placed in large bags and stored through July.  Any items left after August 1st will be donated.

If a student is unable to follow the designated time schedule, please contact Mrs. Katie Rituper at krituper@pusd11.net to make alternate arrangements.
