Underclass Yearbook Distribution Information

Good Morning Liberty Families,

Yearbook Pick-Up for all Underclassmen will be offered on May 20th and 21st. The distribution will run from 3 pm to 7 pm and is split up by last name. On either day, parents or students with a valid ID may arrive on campus during their designated time slot (determined by last name) to receive their book via curbside distribution. You will not have to leave your car and will simply drive through campus, entering from the northeast entry via Speckled Gecko (please see the attached map for the designated driving route).

Both days will be split up as follows:

3-5 pm – Pick-up for last names A-N

5-7 pm – Pick-up for last names O-Z

On either May 20th or 21st, please arrive during the correct timeslot depending on your student’s registered last name with an ID (student ID, driver’s license, etc.) to receive your pre-ordered book. Pre-ordered books that are not picked up on either of those days will be stored and distributed to students when they return in the fall. Please see the FAQ below.

FAQs

Q: Can my senior get the book for their younger sibling on the Senior celebration days?

A: Absolutely. To minimize the amount of contact families must make, seniors can pick up books for their younger siblings on the senior days: May 18-19.

Q: Can my student pick-up for one of their friends?

A: No. We have no way of confirming relations between those students. Only direct family members with appropriate identification can pick-up the yearbooks.

Q: What will happen if I choose to not pick-up on any of these days?

A: Books that are not picked up will be stored away until school resumes in the fall. Students will receive their books then if they are not picked up on the designated days.

Q: What kind of ID should I bring?

A: Any ID with a photo and name will work--parent or student.

Q: What is the route? Where will I actually receive my book?

A: The route begins on the northeast entry to the school, entering via W Speckled Gecko (where the buses usually run). The route will take you along the outside of the school—you will pass the tennis courts and baseball fields as you loop around towards the student parking lot. A teacher will be stationed by the performing arts breezeway, opposite the baseball fields (denoted on the map by a red square). The book will be handed over at that point. The route will exit via the student lot, emptying out into N 97th Ave.

Q: Can the students meet up and sign yearbooks while they’re on campus?

A: No one will be permitted to exit their vehicles. No yearbook signings should be arranged or made on school grounds.

Q: Can I still buy my yearbook?

A: At this point, pre-orders are now closed. Purchases cannot be made at the point of contact. If books are still available, they will be made ready for purchase when school resumes in the fall.

Q: What if I’m not sure whether I pre-ordered or not?

A: Please confirm via e-mail before the distribution dates as wait times may potentially be significant. Confirmation can be made by e-mailing the yearbook adviser before the distribution dates. cle@pusd11.net

Please reach out to yearbook adviser Mr. Le via e-mail if you have any other questions or concerns. cle@pusd11.net
