NHS creates enthusiasm for scholarship, a desire to serve, promotes leadership and develops character in it’s members. Membership selection is by a Faculty Council and is based on scholarship, character, leadership and service. Members are responsible for continuing to demonstrate these qualities. To be eligible the candidate must have attended CeHS for a minimum of one semester and be a sophomore or junior. A Class Rank Index (CRI) of 3.7 or higher is required to be considered for membership. NHS officers meet every Tuesday at 6:45 am in room 206.  Member meeting 1st Wednesday of the month @ 6:45am in room 500.
