Registration Open for the 2018-19 School Year

The Peoria Unified School District is now accepting enrollment applications for the 2018-19 school year. Enrollment applications can be picked up in the front offices of all Peoria Unified schools or online at under the Families tab.

Peoria Unified offers free full-day kindergarten and has a wide variety of choices to meet the needs of every child, including athletics, arts education, special needs, gifted education, language immersion and much more. With 42 schools, Peoria Unified is known for personalized learning to meet the unique needs of every child.

Students who are currently enrolled in a Peoria school will not need to reapply. Parents whose students wish to change schools will need to complete an open enrollment form and return it to the school they wish to attend in the 2018-19 school year. Those who are new to the district will need to complete an enrollment packet and return it to their desired school.

Families whose students are currently attending a Peoria Unified school on open enrollment will receive a 2018-19 open enrollment application from their school shortly after Winter Break. Open enrollment is available to parents to request that their child attend a school outside of their residential boundaries. Once completed, applications should be submitted to the school of choice. Open enrollment applications are ongoing and will be reviewed in the order that they are received for the 2018-19 school year.
