Dental Plans

 

Full coverage for routine services, including diagnostic and preventive checkups and cleanings. Select coverage provided for basic and major dental services, including restorative and endodontic procedures.

 

Vision Care

Low cost coverage is available for employees for exams and eyewear coverage through Vision Service Plan.

 

Employee Assistance Program

Obtain free, professional, confidential, short-term counseling and consultation services through two separate programs, the Care24 Help Line or Interface. Both offer unlimited phone assistance and up to 3 free visits per calendar year for each employee and eligible dependents.

 

Flexible Spending Accounts

Set aside before-tax money to pay for certain health care expenses, including deductibles, copayments and dependent daycare expenses.

 

Life Insurance

Receive free basic life insurance coverage in an amount equal to annual salary (up to a $75,000 maximum). Staff members may purchase additional insurance for themselves, spouse, and dependent children.
