Each spring, we share a survey that allows our district to continuously improve the educational experience for our students and work environment of our staff. The Governing Board, district and school leadership believe that parent, student and staff input are critical to the educational process. You will only need to take this 10-minute survey once, but you can take it multiple times if you have kids at different schools.

Additionally, fifth- through twelfth- grade students will be given time during class this week to complete the survey. All information that your child submits will be confidential. You can view the questions at www.peoriaunified.org/survey
