On May 2nd, Apache students proudly represented our school at the Championship Track Meet held at SMHS. We are incredibly proud of all of our athletes for their hard work, dedication, and determination throughout the season.

Several students earned top finishes in their events:

• Ava Petrie placed 2nd in Long Jump

• Megan Henze placed 4th in the 1600m

• Kalena Pena placed 7th in Shot Put

We would also like to recognize Alika for an outstanding high jump season. At the championship meet, he delivered several strong attempts and narrowly missed clearing the opening height of 5’2”. Alika continues to hold the Apache school record in High Jump with an impressive personal best of 5’4”.

Congratulations to all of our track and field athletes on an incredible season. Thank you for representing Apache with pride, sportsmanship, and perseverance both on and off the field. We look forward to seeing what you accomplish next!
