2nd Grade

Grade Level Information

  • In Second grade we will be reading and writing in a variety of genres: fiction, nonfiction and opinion. We use our Fundations program to teach our students to become better spellers.  Our focus in Math right now is on addition and subtraction. We look at different kinds of strategies and how to solve math word problems. Our Science and Social Studies units are always a lot of fun. Thank you for being our partner in your child’s education!
