Dear Desert Palms Families & Friends,

The 2024-25 school year will be filled with lots of new challenges, celebrations, and ways to learn and grow. I am excited to be a part of the Desert Palms community again this year and leading the staff with high expectations for academic growth. This year, we have the privilege of welcoming 14 new skilled educators with a wide variety of experiences and lots of love for teaching on our campus. They will join our veteran Desert Palms staff in making this school year memorable! '

We are focusing on the grand reopening of our school library and all the activities that go along with the influx of almost 4,000 new library books for our students to enjoy. The Desert Palms staff have been working on a full calendar of community events available for students and their families throughout the school year. There will be lots of opportunities for our Firebird families to come on campus and see all the great things that our students are learning and doing, as well as having some fun!

We have field trips for every grade level planned and are always looking for chaperones. Please go to the community tab and click on volunteer to register. Please sign up to ParentVue so that you will receive my weekly school newsletters. They are delivered through an application called ParentSquare.
