Frontier Wildcat Student Council is an organization focused on developing leadership skills in our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. For the 2016-2017, we have 50 members in our club, including five officer positions. We strive to make a difference in our school by fostering school spirit and focusing on service to the community. The students in this organization are all about showing appreciation and helping those in need. We have an annual Heroes’ Luncheon to honor all of those individuals that keep us safe in memory of September 11th. We also hold a food drive each year to collect an assortment of items that we give to Peoria High School. All of this food stays within our district to provide nourishment for our Peoria families that are in need. Our Wildcat Council also brainstorms fun ways to raise money for local charities. We proudly support Purple Day, which raises money for cancer research. These students are learning that they have the power to make a difference and strive to do exactly that!
