  • We have a granted program at Heritage that provides academic before and after-school learning and fun. Here is our list for Fall of 2024, some classes may be FULL already. If that is the case, your student/s will be put on a waitlist. 

    • K1 Lego STEAM Club - Let your imagination run wild with thousands of Legos. Build projects such as trains, helicopters, and treehouses. Design and build your best ideas too!

    • JH Kiwi Engineers - Students will build hands-on science and engineering robots and machines using  the popular KiwiKits. These machines can be brought home each week!   

                                           Mondays 3:00-4:15 PM  4th-8th Grade

    • Disney Club - In Disney Club we provide valuable learning experiences beyond the classroom that harness the power and magic of Disney and grow students’ skills in a wide range of subjects. Our students will learn about history, art, STEAM-based technologies, providing a unique opportunity for student development in an environment thriving with ideas that spark imagination and prepare students for life’s greatest adventures.

    • Gardening Club - In this club, students will use math and science as they plant a variety of flowers, herbs, and vegetables.

                                              Mondays 3:00-4:15 PM  1st-2nd Grade

    • Crochet Club - Want to learn a new hobby? Ms. Fahrendorf will teach students the basics of crocheting to make scarves, mittens, and sweaters.

                                               Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:00-4:15 PM  4th-8th Grade

    • Walking Storytime - Students use audiobooks to listen to stories as they walk with friends around our sports field. Exercise plus listening relates to better retention and comprehension. Students will reflect on the stories with Mrs. Moulton and the rest of their peers.

                                                Mondays and Fridays 3:00-4:15 PM  3rd-6th Grade

    • Minecraft Building - Students will use district approved Minecraft to build historical monuments, architecture, and cities. Students will learn the history of these cities and their influences on civilization.

                                                Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:00-4:15 PM  

    • JH Tutoring - Have a quiet place to complete assignments. They can bring any subject or get caught up on digital online assignments.
