• Band

    Oakwood students are eligible to join band in 5th-8th grade.  Students perform in 2 concerts each school year and also at the annual Peoria Arts Festival.

    5th Grade Band: 

    6th Grade Band:  

    Junior High Band (7th/8th Grade):  Our junior high band meets 3 times in a 6-day schedule and satisfies an arts elective for our junior high students.  They have the tradition of playing Halloween music at our Kindergarten Costume parade on campus.  They also get to participate in the Marching Band feeder night at Cactus High School each year, where they get to experience what it is like to be part of a high school marching band and play at a home football game.
