• Community Service Elective

      Community Service is an elective class run by Mrs. Faye in which 7th and 8th grade students complete projects that help out locally and beyond.  They do projects like campus cleanup, placemats for Meals on Wheels, and kits that go to children in hospitals.  Mrs. Faye’s personal favorite project is making blankets.  Last year, they went to both a hospital and an orphanage in Africa!  Oakwood Community Service students set the example for what can be accomplished when we work together.
