  • PARENT TRAVEL PERMISSION FORM

    We realize that parents/legal guardians will want to take their children home from athletic events from time to time, and we want you to feel free to do so.  However, we do not want to have athletes traveling with anyone other then their parent/legal guardians.  Because of this, it will be necessary to have this Permission Form on file in the Peoria Athletic Office.

  • NCAA CLEARINGHOUSE QUALIFICATIONS

    NCAA Clearinghouse Approved Class List

    It is important that this information be discussed with your athlete's guidance counselor as early as possible to ensure that the correct classes are in place for NCAA Clearinghouse Qualification.  Students who do not qualifty with the NCAA Clearinghouse will not be eligible for an athletic scholarship.
