  • FOOTHILLS PTSO BYLAW

    The primary purpose of the Foothills PTSO is to provide a joint partnership between Foothills Elementary School and the community. Our goal is to provide support for public education through enrichment, supplemental funds, and social activities for the entire Foothills community.
