November 7 - November 11, 2022
Centennial's Future Teachers of America students went to ASU West to tour the campus and dorms and learn about the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College.
Congratulations to Boys Cross Country for capturing Centennial's first-ever boys section championship! We are proud of you! Tristen Coyle finished as section champion, Isaiah Fastrup took second place, and Anthony Padilla finished in fifth. Mattox Grove (11th), Riley Coyle (12th) and Johnathan Raab rounded out the Coyotes' team. On the girls' side, congratulations to senior Carly Ybarra who medaled this week. Carly has been CeHS’s #1 runner all four years and is a four-time state qualifier, two-time district medalist, two-time section medalist, one-time first-team all section finisher (2021).
Congratulations to Jace Carey, recipient of the Pride of the Pack award, recognizing students who have honored the code academically, athletically, or ethically by showing growth in one or more of these areas. We celebrate Jace for showing excellence.
Culture Club hosted a Cultural Awareness Day on November 4th.
