Class leaders organized a ceremony to honor Alex Herrera, a Centennial senior who died unexpectedly in February. Students, staff, parents, and Alex's family members visited campus to share their memories, hold a candlelight vigil, and plant a tree in Alex's memory near the south entrance to the Cafeteria. Students also decorated Alex's parking spot.

Just before Spring Break, Ed Professions students from Centennial and Kellis visited the Mary Lou Fulton Teacher College at ASU West to learn from professors,  including a Coyote alum!

Each spring, we share a survey that allows our district to continuously improve the educational experience for our students and work environment of our staff. The Governing Board, district and school leadership believe that parent, student and staff input are critical to the educational process. You will only need to take this 10-minute survey once, but you can take it multiple times if you have kids at different schools. The survey closes on Friday, March 17th, so please help us out by taking some time this week to give us your feedback!

Pre-orders for Centennial's 2022-2023 yearbook end on April 7th. There are fewer than 100 books still available! If pre-sales sell out, no further books will be available for purchase when books arrive in May. Do not miss out on this year’s memories and experiences!
