    Thanks to Ms. Koener and the more-than 30 community members who provided 315 Centennial students with the opportunity to participate in our Fall Semester Mock Interview Day, sponsored by Centennial's chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America!

    Thanks to all of the student leaders and sponsors who participated in Club Rush Day last Tuesday during lunches. Pictured above, members of Centennial's Theatre Company, Peer Counseling Club, Science and Environmental Awareness Club, Black Student Union, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Art Club advertise opportunities for students to get involved. Many other clubs joined them last week!

    Congratulations to Coach Taylor for earning the 75th shutout of his career and to Coyote Football for defeating Mountain Pointe 35-0 on Friday night. The Coyotes face their first road test of the season at Mountain Ridge this coming Friday, September 15th at 7pm!

    This week, parents, students, and staff members may submit applications to run for vacancies on Centennial’s Site Council, an advisory body of community stakeholders who collaborate with administration to promote school improvement. This year, vacancies exist for:

    • Two parents
    • Three students (Grade 9, 10, or 11)
    • One community member

Around Campus

  • Centennial is delighted to congratulate its newest addition to the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Student Production Awards wall of fame, Mr. Kadin Castillo Van Goethem, pictured above with Mr. Budoff! This past Saturday, September 9th, Kadin was awarded the NATAS Student Production Award for his production of “An Unlikely Friendship”. Click here to see his film. There are only 19 NATAS chapters in the United States, and Kadin will now automatically be entered in competition with them. Good luck Kadin!

    Emma Rehearsal

    Rehearsals are underway for our Drama Club's fall play, Emma, and the students have already shown great commitment and creativity!  Emma will run nightly at 7pm, October 25th through the 27th!

    VR Interview Day

    Seniors from our Career Exploration class prepared for weeks to participate in Centennial’s Mock Interview Day Thursday! Community employers gave them great reviews!

    Fashion Club

    This week, Centennial's Fashion Club held a garbage bag fashion design competition. Students showcased their creativity and everyone had a great time!

    Thanks to all of the students and families who showed up to help with and enjoy the Spiritline Pancake Breakfast and Marching Band Car Wash!
