Around Campus

  • Fr. Exp 2023This past week, Centennial Counselors presented to our freshman class, introducing them to the counseling staff, sharing vital information about graduation requirements and teaching them about SchooLinks, PUSD's new student-centered college and career planning tool.

     skills usa competition 1

Centennial SkillsUSA club students had their first contest of the year on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Lowes. Over 20 students from PUSD schools competed in an electrical skills competition. Senior Sarah Mack took 1st place and Junior Konner Follett took 3rd place! Congratulations to both of these students.

French 1 Learning how to order

Beginning French students are learning how to order food in a French café. The students brought the cultural and language lessons to life by acting out café scenes for one another in Madame Rappold's class.

    3d brain project

Ms. Beck's psychology classes completed one of their projects last week: 3-D Brains! The students could use anything they wanted to bring the brain to life. Here are some fun ones made from candy, pom-poms, Play-Doh, and more! The project allows students to visualize (and be creative with) parts of the brain to understand how we use those parts every single day!

    oro rojos cc meet
