Mrs. Kinnaman and Centennial’s FCCLA Culinary students just returned from Williams, AZ, where they gained priceless hands-on experience working in a professional kitchen and serving as the cooks and work crew for FBLA’s Leadership Conference at Lost Canyon Camp. The students showed up daily at 5:45am to cook breakfast and cooked five meals over two days, each time serving over 500 people and, in the process, cleaning endless amount of dishes, serving countless pitchers of drinks, running a made-to-order coffee bar, serving food, and stocking buffets. Special thanks to Mr. Kinnaman for taking time off work to chaperon the trip, lend a helping hand to Mrs. Kinnaman, and make this work experience a reality for our students. We are so proud of your growing skills and enthusiasm for serving others!
