    Thanks to Mrs. Cota and congratulations to all the Physics students who created boats for Friday morning’s annual Centennial Boat Regatta, held at the pool with students cheering on our teacher competitors: Mr. Gahan, Mr. Ruiz, Mrs. Dawdy, Mrs. Madrid Wallace, Ms. Beck and Champion Assistant Principal Mrs. Rituper! Students used cardboard, glue and duct tape to construct vessels to safely carry our rowing teachers across the pool!

AP Testing Continues This Week

      Congratulations to the students and teachers in Centennial's Advanced Placement program! Students have registered to complete a school-record 534 exams over the next two weeks, beginning Monday, May 6th and continuing through Friday, May 17th. All AP students must please check their email for information such as Exam Prep Information Sheet,  Calculator Guidelines , Do's and Don'ts, and Individual Exam Day schedule with updated exam room information. All communication about exam day procedures is emailed through Total Registration's communication system. If you or your student are not receiving AP emails, please double-check the email that was input into your student's Total Registration account by having them log in by clicking here. Students should also double-check their PUSD11 Postmaster email with a Mimecast Portal link in case any emails are being blocked. Around Campus

  • Congratulations to the 16 Centennial students who succeeded at the state conference and clinched invitations to FBLA Nationals in Orlando this summer to compete in hopes of becoming FBLA national champions! Also a big congratulations to Hanna Macias who was elected to be an AZ FBLA State Officer for next school year!

    Pictured above, Centennial's FCCLA Culinary students competed at the state competition a few weeks ago in Tucson, in events ranging from cupcakes and cake decorating to chicken fabrication and mystery baskets!

    Congratulations to Mrs. Tucker and all the Choir Students who performed to a packed house on Thursday night, with 5-8th graders joining us from Oasis! Best wishes to our seniors, who performed their last official concert. You can catch them a few more times, though, as Bel Canto will perform next week at Graduation and this week at our Senior Awards Ceremony!

    Congratulations and thanks to HOSA for hosting Centennial’s THIRD blood drive of the school year! Coyote students and staff donated more than 70 units to save lives! Thanks to Mrs. Parrish and Mrs. Luque for guiding our student leaders in this important service project, and thanks to all those who donated!


  • Yearbook Club members delivered pre-ordered books to students last Friday. A limited number of books remain for sale this week in the Bookstore, for $75 each. If you want to purchase a yearbook, be sure to visit the Bookstore soon. The award-winning books sell out every year and will again this year!
