Centennial will offer the PSAT/NMSQT test on Saturday, October 15th, from 8am to Noon. Click here to learn more about the test, recommended for college-bound sophomores and juniors. Students will need their PUSD email address and password and can then click here to log in and register for the test. Registration closes on Friday, September 23rd. The College Board charges an $18 fee, payable on campus in the Bookstore. Register today as Centennial has purchased a limited number of tests.

Student Council officers attended the 2022 AASC Spirit Conference at Liberty last week AND welcomed four new freshman members! Congratulations to Class President Avery Miller, Vice President Camden Shafer, Treasurer Katie Tong, and Secretary Ashley Wudarski! And congratulations to all of the candidates who delivered speeches on Friday in the gym!
Congratulations to our Future Health Professional Club, which hosted its first of three blood drives last week in the Small Gym, and thanks to all of the students, staff members, and community members who stopped by to donate!
Ms. Cothren's class celebrated Ramen Day - Fall 2022! Ittadakimasu. Japanese I students learned about the history of ramen and practiced using chopsticks to eat it. They also practiced learning how to count and identify colors with M&Ms and Skittles. Gochisousamadeshita!
A Culture of Achievement: 460 Applications!

Last week, CeHS seniors submitted more than 460 applications to in-state universities during Centennial's College Applications Workshops in the Library. Congratulations to all of the Coyotes who took this important first step, and thanks to Mrs. Allen, Mrs. McMillen, our counselors, and all of the university representatives who worked together to make these workshops possible!
Fall Dual Enrollment Dates and Information

The final registration deadline for dual enrollment is Wednesday, September 14, 2022 for Centennial students. All required placement testing must be completed with the passing requirement before registration. Students wanting a Dual Enrollment credit must complete the registration process at https://www.maricopa.edu/become-a-student.
