Trade Schools
In today's world, skilled tradespeople are more essential than ever. Technical and trade schools offer hands-on education adn the oppotuntity to learn a specific, marketable skill in a shorter amount of time than a traditional college. Be careful, however, because many private trade schools are very expensive and some do not even accept the FAFSA. If you are interested in a trade school, talk to Mrs. Salari for specific tips about where to apply and how to avoid hidden costs and barriers. Maricopa Community College and West-MEC both offer training programs in various industries. Click their links below to explore what they have to offer!

Community College
Community College is a great option for most students entering postsecondary education. Community college is more affordable than a four-year university (even tuition-free in some cases!) and acts as a stepping stone for many students into university life. Maricopa County has 10 colleges throughout the valley (and online!) to serve students.
