• Registration   | 2025-26 School Year               

    • Registration is open. Please review the Information Flyers under the Quick Links below and select the "REGISTER HERE" link to proceed with a contract request.  Requests are processed in order of receipt. 

      *You will receive a confirmation email from Eleyo once your contract is accepted. 

    • Variances for out-of-district students are not currently being accepted. Open Enrollment applications for out-of-district students will be considered starting on September 1, 2025, based on capacity. If you reside outside the district boundaries, please do not register until your Open Enrollment application has been approved.  *Please refer to questions 12 and 13 on the FAQ page attached.  Not sure if you live within PUSD district boundaries?  Use this School Site Locator to check your address.

    • This is a fee-based program.  Families may qualify for DES Childcare Assistance by contacting DES at 602-771-0321.  Families who do not qualify for DES Childcare Assistance may apply for a Quality First Scholarship.  The Quality First Scholarship Application is available under "Quick Links" on this page.    

    • If your child has special education needs or if you have concerns about your child’s development, including vision, hearing, communication, motor, socialization, or special health problems, call 623-773-6685 and request a preschool Child Find screening. 

    Registration   | Step-by-Step             

    • Read the Information Flyers under "Quick Links" prior to starting your online registration
    • Click "Register Here" under Quick Links to complete a registration contract through Eleyo
    • The online registration process takes up to 30 minutes.  Your progress is not saved until you hit submit
    • Registration fees are non-refundable and will be charged when your application is accepted, based on availability
    • If your child is registering for preschool for the first time, complete and submit* the "Required Forms Packet" 
    • Submit* birth certificate, immunization record and proof of residency 
    • The Quality First Scholarship application will be available under Quick Links in May 2025 for families who wish to apply based on qualification requirements.
