Family Resource Center Registration
- Registration is required for all Peoria Unified Family Resource Center activities.
- All activities are offered free of charge.
- Registration opens on the 15th of each month for the following month's activities.
- Registration must be completed online. To register, you will need to open an account with Eleyo, our online registration system.

Moana Week – June 2-June 5th
Play, Learn, Connect (PLC): Discover the power of play in a preschool setting. Watch as your child learns, explores their environment, and connects with other families. This is a great chance to bond with your child through interactive play and build relationships with the community.

Moana Process Art: Monday, June 2nd @ Alta Loma 10-11 a.m.
Process art is about the method behind the creation and allowing your child to explore art in an open-ended, unstructured way. This month’s theme will be all about Moana. Come explore the endless possibilities!

Sensory play gives children an opportunity for sensory exploration as they engage in activities involving touch, sound, smell, and sight. This month's sensory play will have a Moana theme. Come dressed for messy fun and exploration.

Squishing, rolling, sculpting, molding . . . young children love to play with playdough. And they do not even realize they are developing their fine motor, cognitive, social and language skills! This week’s playdough power class will have a Moana theme.

Phoenix Children’s Hospital – Home Safety Class: Wednesday, June 4th a Sky View 10-11 a.m.
Learn the benefits and importance of child proofing your home to keep your child safe. Caregivers can sign up for a free class and receive a home safety kit to prevent home injuries. Qualifications – to enroll you must have a child ages 5 years or younger. Childcare will be available for children ages 0-5 years.
Ages: Adult Duration: 1 hour Childcare provided for children 0-5. Please indicate if you will need childcare in the comments section when registering.

Parent Advisory Committee Meeting: Parent Advisory Committee: Wednesday, June 4th @ 3:30 p.m.Childcare Provided (See under Parent Support & Connections category)
The PAC is a group of parents, grandparents, caregivers, and community members, who come together to provide input on designing programs and services to meet the needs of the families in the community. We meet on the first Wednesday of every month, at Sky View FRC. You are welcome to join us for a meeting to see what it is all about! For more information, or if you are interested in joining, please sign up on Eleyo. Limited childcare is available. Please indicate the number of children you will be bringing in the comments section when registering.

Musicology: Three Week Series: Thursday, June 5th, June12th, and June 19th @ Sky View 10-11 a.m.
In a fun and engaging atmosphere, children will explore musical instruments, creative movement, dancing and singing. They will be exposed to beats and rhythms spanning different eras and various parts of the world. This is a 3-week series. By signing up, you are committing to the three-week series.

Zumbini: 3 Tuesdays: June 17th, June 24th, and July 1st from 10-11 @ Alta Loma.
Created by Zumba and BabyFirst, Zumbini is an early childhood education program that uses original music and movement to promote cognitive, social, fine/gross motor skill, and emotional development for children ages 0-4, all while creating the ultimate bonding experience for you and your child! Join us for this introductory 3 class session. Dress comfortably and bring some water. No music or dance experience necessary--just join us for some fun! This is a three-session class. By signing up, participants indicate that they will attend all three sessions. The dates for the sessions are Tuesday, June 17th, Tuesday, June 24th, and Tuesday, July 1st.

Letters are everywhere! Help your child build their letter recognition as we “search” for letters in a variety of ways and places!

“Brains are built, not born.” Come join us for play designed to help strengthen skills in all developmental areas! This class will have a theme based on a toddler level book.

Play’s Yoga and Mindfulness classes offer Families a unique experience combining yoga and mindfulness in a developmentally appropriate way to support the success of all children and families . Phoenix Children’s Hospital Safe Sleep Class: Wednesday, May 21st @ Sky View 10-11 a.m.
Join Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s Prevention Team to learn how to create a safe sleeping environment for your child. Participants must be expecting or have a baby under 6 months or age and weighing under 20 lbs. During the class, participants will receive and put together a pack – n – play for their child.
Ages: Adults that are either expecting or have a baby under 6 months old or weighing under 20lbs.
