Attendance Guarantees:
Posted by:Food Service anticipates minor changes both upward and downward for events. A Final Guarantee (number of guests and/or item quantities) must be submitted three business days prior to your event. If a Final Guarantee is not submitted at that time, we will automatically refer to the most recent communication with you to set the Final Guarantee number.

Hours:
Posted by:Our regular hours are from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Late afternoon, evening, and weekend functions are available with an additional charge.

Menu Terms:
Posted by:On rare occasions, Food & Nutrition may be required to make substitutions due to product availability, market conditions, and/or any other extenuating circumstances. We reserve the right to make such changes when deemed prudent and necessary. Advance notice will be made to the customer whenever possible.

Minimums:
Posted by:Package "Meal” style menus (Breakfast Meals, Sandwich Meals, and Hot Meals) are sold per person (noted as “pp”next to the price) and require a minimum of 10 guests to order.

Cancellations:
Posted by:Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will incur a 30% cancellation fee to cover all costs incurred by Food & Nutrition.

Supplemental Staffing:
Posted by:Functions requesting an attendant(s) will be subject to additional labor charges. Costs will depend on the number of employees needed as well as he length of the event.

Facilities Set Up:
Posted by:The customer is responsible for securing a location as well as the table set up.
