-
When are payments due?
Posted by:Payments are due in monthly increments on the last day of every month for the upcoming month’s scheduled days. Ex: July 31st for the month of August’s scheduled attendance. If a payment is late this could result in your child’s spot not being held.
-
Where do I make my monthly payment?
Posted by:It is highly recommended that payments are completed online through your Eleyo account.
In-person payments are accepted during office hours at the Desert Valley KidZone office or at the Peoria Unified District office with debit/credit card, cash, check or money order.
-
What if I cannot pay the full amount?
Posted by:KidZone monthly fees are due, in full, by the first of every month. If you are unable to pay the full fee amount each month by its due date, please contact your program facilitator. Your child’s contract will be maintained through the date for which you have made a payment. Any remaining dates will be removed, and you will need to submit a new contract.
-
Can my student bring items from home?
Posted by:No, it is not recommended that a child bring in any belongings as there will be plenty of things provided in each classroom for the child to do and play with. We do however recommend a water bottle.
-
Is transportation provided for any children?
Posted by:All students that have registered with a home school of Pioneer or Kachina Elementary will be provided with free transportation to and from Foothills or Canyon KidZone.
No other transportation is provided.

Can I make changes to my child’s schedule after I have registered?
Posted by:Yes, changes can be made in your account through the online system by selecting your child’s current contract then selecting the option “Change Schedule”.
All changes must be submitted one week prior to the beginning of each month. Once you have been invoiced for a month, changes cannot be made for that month.
-
If my child misses a day due to illness or change in schedule, can I receive a refund for that day?
Posted by:No refunds are provided for days missed unless a two-week advanced notice is given. We make staffing arrangements and provide materials based on expected enrollment; therefore, refunds are not provided.
