Suggested Safe Routes to School
-
The "Safe Routes to School" programs enable community leaders, schools and parents across the United States to improve safety and encourages more students, including those with disabilities, to safely walk and bicycle to school. In the process, programs are working to reduce traffic congestion and improve health and the environment, making communities more livable for everyone.
The Peoria Unified School District works with local city officials to communicate the Safe Routes/Suggested Routes to School for our elementary school students. These are the most current maps available from the cities of Glendale and Peoria. To view the routes to your school, click the city in which your school is located and view the safest routes based on your address.
